It’s that time of year again! SXSW 2016 is fast approaching and will be here before you know it. From Frenemies to BFFs: UCD and Agile
Successful technology, whether it is mobile apps, wearables, or contextual solutions, requires placing the user at the center of all development efforts. User centered design and agile are two methodologies attempting to do just that. UCD focuses on delivering excellent user experience given the context within which technology consumers live and breathe. Agile, on the other hand, focuses on satisfying the customer via frequent delivery of new functionality. Both approaches have consequences for the business’ bottom line. We discuss several ways to meld and utilize these iterative methodologies for optimal user experience and business success.

The Laws of Context: IoT that doesn’t Suck
As intimacy of digital products leaves our desk, entering and interconnecting our homes and our bodies, the subtle and nuanced role of context will play a powerful in the design of modern technology ecosystems.
But how? Our research and design team has been working within this space for years and have developed key axioms that can give guidance to the entrepreneur, creator, or developer endeavoring to build one of these systems or product.
This is a humble attempt to write the Laws of Context.
